Personal Traits: Well proportioned, muscular build. Has an intricate filigree tattoo on his right bicep and a pierced tongue. Also has scrotal and penile piercings. Almost angelically sweet faced.

Personality: Something of a flirt, though it's usually done all in the name of fun. Easy-going and, generally a people person. He is knowledgeable about many different cultures and collects unusual sayings. He knows that where many people are concerned, all it takes is a look to have them wrapped around his finger. He has taken the art of sultry manipulation to an art form and rather poetic when he chooses to be.

Early Life: Though it was hidden from those outside of his family, Talbin was born with a devastating Betazoid illness which prevented him from fully understanding his own emotions. Much of his childhood was spent in a horrible institution for people who suffered from the disease. His mother resented him for having the disease and he resents her to this day for sending him away. His father and younger sister were always kind to him and ashamed of the fact that he was sent away rather than kept with the family. Talbin escaped the institution at age sixteen and became involved with the Betazoid Sensualist Cult. They helped him to become emancipated and he had his medical records locked to hide his illness. Through their teachings, he learned to mask his emotional deficiencies with raw sexuality. By age 18 he developed a strong case of wanderlust and joined Civ Corps to go off and find adventure.

Additional Comments: Due to the sudden curing of his disease by a Q, Talbin is learning to deal with his own emotions and his personality has shifted a bit. He's become far less confrontational and more delicate than he had been. He does, however, show some fits of temper when pushed hard enough. Though his second wife, Nariana despises him, he does his best to get along with her for the sakes of Nikiel and Telsia.
