Personal Traits: She is firm and calm, seldom loses her temper. She is sultry, which often causes problems with male  officers and some female ones as well.  In private she is very sensual and uninhibited. Her most noticeable feature is her beauty. She attracts a great deal of attention.

Personality: She is calm and quiet, watches everything without seeming to do so. She is very sexual and it shows. She relaxes and becomes very easy going when at home or with friends. Music has a powerful effect on her. It can make her react in very interesting ways under the right circumstances.

Early Life: Raised as an only child, she was around adults more than other children. Her mental skills surpassed those in her age group and, when she reached sixteen, she applied for and entered the academy. She is the only Betazoid Captain in the Fleet and the youngest Captain as well.

Academy Life: Excellent student, top in all her classes, though often chided for her wild off-hours lifestyle. Lost her virginity to another Betazoid the first year. Has had non-telepathic lovers, but prefers telepaths.

Kerlon Du'naah- A Klingon Captain and former lover. They met when she was a Commander on the USS Odin. he makes it clear if she ever wants him back, he will return to her life and her bed.
Admiral Bakari Mergatu- Commanding Officer of Starbase Taurus. It was upon his recommendation that Telsia received command of the Celestial. He has served as her surrogate father since her parents died while she was in the Academy. His death left her with a wound not even time will heal. He replaced the father she had lost and losing him as well was nearly more than she could handle.
